Marble Mine — Privacy Policy & Support

Privacy Policy
Marble Mine collects no data. None.
Marble Mine is a fully offline digital toy. It is designed so that your and your child's privacy is protected by default:
- No data collection. The app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.
- No accounts or sign-ups. You never create an account or provide any details to use the app.
- No internet connection used by the app. Marble Mine works entirely offline. The one exception is the optional one-time purchase: if you choose to buy it, Apple's App Store handles that transaction. The app itself never sends anything anywhere, and we receive no personal information from it.
- No analytics or tracking. There are no analytics tools, tracking technologies, or advertising software in the app.
- No ads. The app contains no advertising.
- No third parties. No data is shared with anyone, because no data is collected. The optional purchase is processed entirely by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy; we never see your payment details.
Whether you have bought the optional unlock is also remembered only on your device. Any progress you make (your marble collection) is stored only on your own device. It never leaves the device and is not accessible to us or anyone else. Deleting the app removes this local data.
Children's Privacy
Marble Mine is suitable for all ages, including young children. Because the app collects no personal information whatsoever, it does not knowingly collect data from children or anyone else. This design is intended to comply with children's privacy laws such as the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Changes to This Policy
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Email: owenpatry@gmail.com
I'm a small independent developer and I read every message. Please include your device model and iOS version if you're reporting a problem.
There are no accounts to recover and no data stored on any server, so most issues can be resolved by reinstalling the app.
